Management

Horst Norberg has served as Chairman of the Management Board of Media-Saturn-Holding since 2011. He joined the company in 1987. In 2001, he was appointed to the Management Board of Media-Saturn-Holding as COO. Before that, he had served as Chairman of the Management Board of Saturn Management GmbH with responsibility for Marketing, Human Resources Development and Advertising.

Dr. Rolf Hagemann has been a member of the Management Board of Media-Saturn-Holding since 2006. In 2011, he was in addition appointed Vice Chairman of the Board. In his function as CFO, he is responsible for Finance and Accounting as well as Corporate Analysis. Prior to this, he was a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer at BMW North America.

Jaroslaw Drabarek joined the group in the year 2000. In 2008, he was appointed to the Management Board of Media-Saturn-Holding as COO. Prior to this appointment he served as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Media Saturn Holding Polska.

Pieter August Haas has been with the company since 2001. In 2008, he was appointed to the Management Board of Media-Saturn-Holding as COO. He had been Chairman of the Management Board of the Dutch subsidiary of Media-Saturn Group since 2001.

Wolfgang Kirsch has been with the company since 1993. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Management Board of Media-Saturn-Holding taking responsibility for Procurement in his function as Chief Procurement Officer. In addition, he also served as CPO on the Management Board of the French subsidiary of the Media-Saturn Group during the period from 2007 to 2010.

Frank Kretzschmar joined the Media-Saturn Group in 1999. In 2011, he was appointed to the Management Board Media-Saturn-Holding as COO. Since 2005 he has in addition served as a member of the Management Board of the Austrian subsidiary, which he has been leading as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board since 2008.

Joachim Roesges was appointed to the Management Board of Media-Saturn-Holding in 2011 as COO. He joined the company already back in 1997. Since 2009 he has also been responsible for the national subsidiary in Spain as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board.

Ralph Spangenberg has been a member of the Management Board of Media-Saturn-Holding since 2009 with responsibility for Human Resources. Before that he served as Vice President Human Resources International at Armstrong World Industries, Inc., and as member of the Management Board and Director of Industrial Relations at Armstrong DLW AG, Bietigheim-Bissingen.
