The training program prepares you for a position in the Financial Affairs, Administration, Controlling or International Projects departments under the guidance of an experienced mentor. During this 18-month program, you will be responsible for planning and supervising projects, you will receive individual mentoring, and you will gain practical experience in various stores both in Germany and abroad. A period of time spent in a foreign subsidiary of your choice will give you a closer look at how thing work there.
