Based on an extensive catalog of further education measures, we create a development plan that is tailored to each individual employee. You will find an excerpt from our further education program for the IT, Logistics & Organization division below:

Management training program
The IT, Logistics & Organization division uses this program to provide specific training for employees in order to qualify them for management tasks. When filling open management executive and project manager positions, preference is given to people who have completed this program.

Project management certification
We certify project managers and the members of project teams in cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement (GPM; German Association for Project Management). In-house training seminars conducted by experienced GPM-certified trainers are used to prepare employees for certification.

Language training
At an international company, it is vital that employees have a command of a foreign language or two. The fact that we operate in 16 different countries means that English is the company’s second language and is therefore often the common denominator. The IT, Logistics & Organization division offers its employees regular online and conventional language courses not only in English but also in other foreign languages.
